Rent-A-House’s Regional Franchise includes the same characteristics, advantages and benefits of the Commercial Franchise, but it also includes an additional business: Selling of Commercial Franchises in the assigned region. This means that the owner of the Regional Franchise evenly (50/50) becomes a partner of the Master Franchise. The Regional Franchise shares 50/50 with the Master Franchise the profits of each Commercial Franchise, and, additionally, shares 50/50 the monthly royalties that each Commercial Franchise of the region produces.

In each region where Rent-A-House decides to install it will need a Regional Franchise, which will become the head of the local realtor users network, and will be responsible of watching over each Commercial Franchise’s success by:

 •  Effective and continuous training to all the realtors of the region.
 •  Observance of rules and norms of the real estate group Rent-A-House.
 •  Supply of the world’s most advanced real estate productivity technology.
 •  Continuous growth of the realtors network of the region.
