Rent-A-House’s Commercial Franchise is based on a formula based on the constant growth of personal franchisees, without the corresponding fixed costs increase that normally accompany income increase. Each Rent-A-House commercial franchise has the lowest fixed costs than any other real estate franchise. Our commissions formula (up to the 70%) will attract the most experienced and productive realtors.

Our training programs will prepare realtor aspirers that each Commercial Franchise will constantly recruit. NO OTHER real estate organization will be able to ATTRACT, TRAIN, AND RETAIN the best human talent like Rent-A-House’s Commercial Franchise does.

Our Commercial Franchise works with the concept of the Personal Franchise, which allows the Commercial Franchise a constant growth without having the need for more physical office space (this allows us to grow in production without fixed costs increase). The realtors that reach real estate training goals (Rent-A-House’s real estate education program) and economical productivity goals, earn the right to become a Rent-A-House Personal Franchise. And the Personal Franchises, as it is explained in its section on our website, work at home, using the Commercial Franchise’s office only for meetings with clients, signing, and business deals closure, etc.

The Commercial Franchise’s office basically functions as a spot for recruitment, training, and evolution of each realtor towards the Personal Franchise. A Rent-A-House Commercial Franchise may have as many Personal Franchises as it can attract, train and make successfully productive. There’s really no limit as for this, and it depends on each Commercial Franchise’s capacity. A Commercial Franchise could have 10 realtors (or more) in its office, and at the same time have 10, 20, 50, or more Personal Franchises attached to it.

The 70% commission that each Personal Franchise will earn allows to attract the best human resource possible, since in Rent-A-House we only want reliable, honest, and very ambitious realtors.

There are two sources of growth in the Rent-A-House Commercial Franchise:

1.- Personal Franchises with broad experience that will be able to be directly incorporated as a Personal Franchise (with all the huge advantages that this represents), with a brief training (20 hours approximately) on how to handle all the tools for real estate productivity of Rent-A-House’s technological infrastructure.

2.- Personal Franchise Aspirants: People without experience that wish to enter the real estate business will be able to gain admittance to the Personal Franchise after they:

a) Complete our training program;
b) Complete our real estate traineeship, and
c) Meet established production goals.
